Overstrained City Centers: Over-Tourism & Events

More and more cities in Europe are suffering from mass tourism. A phenomenon which is not only associated to an attractive nightlife culture, but often reinforced by the local clubs and festivals. Where is the balance between tourism as important economic factor, as club or festival visitor and a mass tourism under which the urban population suffers?
