Nadia Butler

Nadia is an early career researcher at Liverpool John Moores University, UK, with interest in research in health risk behaviours, including alcohol use and gambling, and violence. She has experience on a range of alcohol and nightlife-related research projects at local and international level including evaluating: multi-component interventions implemented in nightlife
environments; interventions to reduce alcohol consumption; and a systematic literature review on alcohol and domestic violence.
Nadia completed her Masters dissertation on sex offenders with learning difficulties’ motivation to engage in treatment and reduce offending behaviour. She also holds a First Class Honours Higher Diploma in Applied Psychology, an MA Criminology, and a BA (Hons) Arts from University College Cork.
