Alexander Bücheli

Alexander Bücheli was between 2001-2015 responsible for saferparty.ch the nightlife prevention offer of the city of Zurich. Within the scope of this activity, Alexander Bücheli was significantly involved in the development of a mobile drug checking unit and the development of the first drug information centre DIZ in Switzerland. He is co-founder of the Swiss Safer Clubbing Association, the Bar & Club Commission Zurich (BCK) and the Swiss Bar and Club Commission (SBCK). Since 2015 he has been working as a freelance consultant for Safer Dance Swiss, Safer Nightlife Switzerland and Safer Clubbing Switzerland and as a lobbyist for the Bar & Club Commission Zurich, Swiss Bar and Club Commission and PromoterSuisse. Alexander Bücheli is also a member of Zurich Night Council, curator of the NIGHTS – Stadt nach Acht conferences and president of the European Nightlife Empowerment & Well-being Network – NewNet Network.
