Carlos has been working in nightlife since ever and is focussing his work and research on nightlife culture education. Based in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg he is carrying out the service PIPAPO (safer use and harm reduction) together with an integrated drug checking service named DUCK. He is the General Secretary of NEW-Net and an active member of the Trans European Drug Checking Information working group. Carlos adores music.
Carlos Paulos is the Director of 4motion asbl. and he is responsible for the outreach project PIPAPO. Among the project, PIPAPOan drug checking service, named DUCK is offered. His work focussed on party and night culture education, related health promotion and harm reduction strategies.
